Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives (about 20-24)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 package (8 ounces) fat free cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- Assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pit olives; chop using a chopper or food processor. Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley and garlic pressed with garlic press until smooth. Gently stir in olives.
2. Serve as a dip with assorted crackers.
