Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill
- salt and pepper
- 3/4 pound turkey cutlets
- flour
Preparation
Step 1
Melt 1 T butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add onion; saute until tender, about 8 minutes. Add paprika; stir 1 minute; mix in mustard and dill. Season sauce with salt and pepper. Cover and set aside.
Season turkey with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour. Melt remaining 1 T butter in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey; saute until just cooked through, about 1 minute per side. Transfer to plate. Spoon sauce over and serve.
