Ingredients

  • 5 pounds Red Potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 to 3 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 to 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup instant Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Place in large pot, cover with water. Bring to boil over medium high heat and then reduce heat to maintain a rolling boil. Cook until potatoes fall apart when poked with a fork.
Drain and put in large bowl. Mash with a masher. Add 2 sticks soft butter and 2 cups milk. mash. add instant potatoes , garlic mix well. Keep adding cheese and garlic to taste.
