Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg 3.4 oz Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding'
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and chopped
- 20 kraft Caramels
- 3 Tbsp milk
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Grease and flour a fluted tube pan. beat first 5 ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer on low until blended. beat on high 2 minutes Stir in apples. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 15 minutes. Loosen cake from sides of the pan; invert to wire rack. Gently remove pan. Cool completely. Transfer to a cake plate.
Microwave caramels and milk on high for 1 1/2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds until blended. Cool 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Drizzle over cake.
