Potatoes Romanoff

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 green onion, optional
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Peel, boil, and mash potatoes. Preheat oven to 350. Combine potatoes with all other ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese. Turn into buttered 1.5l casserole. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and paprika. Bake 30-40 minutes.
