Nacho BBQ Potato Packet

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Place onions on greased large piece of foil. Place potatoes on top of onion. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with chili powder, hot sauce, oregano, salt and pepper/ Seal foil leaving room for heat to circulate. Place on medium high frill and cook covered for 20 minutes.

When cooked, open foil and sprinkle with cheese and green onion.. Close lid until cheese is melted.
