Ingredients
- 3 large onions, sliced
- 3 tablespoons buter, melted
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cans ready to serve beef broth
- French bread, broiled with cheese on top (parmesan and mozzarella
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter and onion in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High 30 - 35 minutes until onions begin to slightly brown around edges. Mix flour, worcestershire, sugar and pepper. Stir mixture and broth into onions. cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours, or on High 3 to 4 hours.
