Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz. size), softened
  • 1 carton sour cream (16 oz. size)
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 package Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 can miniature shrimp or broken shrimp (I use 2 cans)
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cream cheese with milk and sour cream. Add the lemon juice. Add dressing mix and mix until no clumps remain. Stir in the shrimp. Best if marinated for a few hours or overnight. Serve with potato chips or crackers.
