Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Bulk Sausage
- 2 pkgs. large mushrooms
- 1/4 stick to 1/2 stick butter
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Saute sausage. Cut and chop mushroom stems and add to sauteed sausage. Add 1/4 stick to 1/2 stick of butter to soften mixure. Add handful of breadcrumbs to thicken. Stuff mushrooms when mixture is cool enough to handle.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place stuffed mushrooms on baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
