Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 Can (14.5 oz) Petite Diced Tomatoes
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp. Dry Chives
- 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tb. Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown sausage. Drain sausage in a colander.
Cut cream cheese block into small cubes. Place the cream cheese, ¾ cup Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, dressing mix, chives, and sausage into a slow cooker.
Heat the mixture in the crock pot on high heat for approximately 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the dip is well mixed and the cream cheese has melted.
Transfer hot dip into a serving dish and sprinkle with the rest of the Mozzarella cheese and some more dry chives. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
