Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 bonless pork loin roast (about 5 lbs)
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
In a large resealable bag combine 1st 7 ingredients. Add the roast, seal bag and turn to coat. Refridgerate overnight.
Drain and discard the marinade. Place roast on a rack on a shallow roasting pan. pour water into pan. Bake at 350 for 1-3/4 to 2 hrs or until meat thermometer reads 160. Let stand for 10-15 min before serving.
