Sweet N Sour Salmon (Devorah Klugman)

Ingredients

  • 1 c water
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Salmon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 6 bay leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, vinegar, onions and cook for 20 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and salmon. Cook for 15 min, covered, on a low flame. Add cloves and bay leaves and cook an additional 15 min, covered. Store with sauce.
