- Oil
- Sugar
- Onions
- Carrots
- Salt/pepper
- Bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1
Place fish skin down in tin foil. Smear with oil, sugar, onions, carrots and close tightly. In pot, combine water, sugar, salt, pepper, onion carrots and bay leaf. Bring to boil and put the salmon in the water closed (do not let water cover. Cook for 25 min (per 1 kg). Cool and leave in fridge overnight.
