FABULOUS NOODLE KUGEL

Ingredients

  • KUGLE -
  • 1 POUND BROAD NOODLES, COOKED
  • 1 CUP SUGAR
  • 1 LB COTTAGE CHEESE
  • 1 1/2 TSP VANILLA
  • 1 CUP WHITE RAISINS
  • 7 EGGS
  • 3 CUPS MILK
  • 1 PT SOUR CREAM
  • 1/4 LB MELTED BUTTER
  • TOPPINT -
  • 1/2 CUP CORNFLAKES, CRUMBLED
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1 TSP SUGAR

Preparation

Step 1

1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL.

2. POUR INTO A LARGE DRIPPING PAN AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT OR 3 HOURS (OY VEY!)

3. THE CONSISTENCY WILL BE LOOSE AND SET AS CHILLED.

4. WHEN READY TO BAKE, MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL AND SPRINKLE ON TOP.

5. DOT WITH BUTTER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 1.5 HOURS
