COTTAGE POTATOES

350°, 30-40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4-5 potatoes boiled with skin on, cubed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 slices of bread, cubed
  • 3/4 of one pound pkg. Velveta, cubed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Toss together, pour into greased baking dish, melt one stick butter and pour over mixture. Bake.
