Sauteed Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb peeled and deveined fresh or frozen shrimp, thawed
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or white wine
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 400 degrees. in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, arrange shrimp in single layer. in a small saucepan, melt butter. saute garlic 1min, add broth, red pepper, and parsley. drizzle butter mixture over shrimp.
Bake about 10 mins or until shrimp turn opaque
serve shrimp over rice.
