Ingredients
- 1cup1 cup thawed, chopped frozen spinach
- 1 1/2cups1 1/2 cups thawed, chopped frozen (or jarred) artichoke hearts
- 6oz6 oz cream cheese
- 1/4cup1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4cup1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3cup1/3 cup grated parmesan
- 1/21/2 teas red pepper flakes
- 1/41/4 teas salt
- 1/41/4 teas garlic poweder
Preparation
Step 1
Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup water until tender; drain. Discard liquid. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute till soft and hot. Stir in rest of ingreadients and serve hot.
