Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 2 c milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet until browned. Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper and serve over hot biscuits.
