Ingredients
- 1 2lb package of chicken wingettes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425*. Spray 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle chicken with salt.
Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook, turning occasionally, 10 minutes or until browned. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute longer. Stir in red pepper flakes; mix well.
Transfer chicken to baking pan. Bake, turning once, 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear
