Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 C self-raising flour
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 C buttermilk
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 6 hole 3/4 cup capacity muffin pan.

Stir dry ingredients together in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into pam.

Bake in 400 oven for 25 minutes
