Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 C cooking oil
  • 1/2 C milk
  • 1 C whole cranberry sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all dry ingredients together in large bowl. Make well in centre

Beat eggs until frothy. Mix n oil, milk, and cranberry sauce. Pour into well. Stir just until combined. Fill greased or lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake in 400 oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Brush hot cooked muffins with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
