Casserole, Jiffy Corn

Ingredients

• 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 can creamed corn
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 8x8" casserole dish
2. Cook uncovered for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
