Ingredients
- 1/2 c margarine
- 2 c brown sugar
- Large can of pineapple rings drained
- Maraschino cherries
- 1 box yellowcake mix
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Place margarine in a 13x9 and put in the oven until melted. Sprinkle brown sugar over utter. Drain pineapple and place rings in pan. Put a cherry I to the pineapple centers and around the outside of the pineapples. Carefullyspoonthe prepared cake batter over the fruit. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool10 minutes. Losses with a knife and invert. Use a spatula toro lace fruit.
