Pineapple Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 1 white or yellow cake mix
• 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
• 1 pkg. vanilla pudding (cooking kind)
• 1 pkg. coconut
• 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
• 1 tub Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake. Cool. Cook pudding according to directions and add cream cheese. Stir until melted. Spread on cake. Spread pineapple, then Cool Whip, then coconut. Cool and serve.
