Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 3/4 cup of Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cups Chopped Nuts
- 2 cups Chopped Apples
- 2/3 cup Coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients. Mix all wet ingredients. Add apples, coconut and nuts. Put in a bundt pan and bake. Looks very dry, but that's the way it's supposed to look. Make sure you grease your pan and flour it thoroughly, as this recipe tends to stick. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Dust with powdered sugar.
