Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups rice, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil. Ad next three ingredients.
Serve over rice.
