Ingredients

    tbsp. olive oil

    cup chopped onion

  • 1

    cup chopped green pepper

  • 1

    can Rotel

  • 1

    can black beans, drained

  • 1

    tsp cumin

  • 2

    cups rice, cooked

Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil. Ad next three ingredients. Serve over rice.
