GOLDEN PARMESAN POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Peel potatoes, cut in quarters. Combine flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper in a zip lock bag. Moisten potatoes with water, drop in bag and shake, coating well. Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Roll potatoes in butter and bake at 375* for 1 hour. Turn once during baking. When brown, sprinkle with parsley.
