Beef Macaroni Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 & 1/2 cups spicey hot V8 juice
  • 1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large skillet cook beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat; drain.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 18-20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
