Ingredients
- 2 10oz pkgs frozen corn
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1-1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 T whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a 2qt saucepan, cook corn according to pkg. Drain. Add the 1/4 c cream, sugar and salt. Bring just to boiling.
Meanwhile, combine cornstarch and the 2 T cream. Stir into corn mixture. Cook and stir til thickened and bubbly; cook 2 minutes more.
