Ingredients
- 1/4 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/4 cup mushrooms, raw
- 1 tbsp light balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- t tbsp red onion
Preparation
Step 1
1. Clean all vegetables.
2. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Dice the onion.
4. Toss the spinach, mushrooms, and onion with the dressing and top with croutons.
