Ingredients
- 2-3 cups Kale, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic finely sliced
- 1/2 cup veg stock or water
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil, add garlic--cook til soft and not browned
Add stock and Kale--cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove cover--cook until liquid has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add vinegar and serve.
