Ingredients
- 1 C sour cream
- 2 T ranch salad dressing mix
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 C finely chopped green onions
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inches)
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, salad dressing miz and garlic. Stir in onions/ Spread over tortillas; top with beef. Roll up tightly. cut into 1" pieces; secure with toothpicks. Chill until serving. Discard picks before serving.
