Ingredients
- 1/2 orange, zest finely grated; flesh and peel finely chopped
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to simmer over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, 8 minutes. Scrape into bowl and let cool.
