Ingredients
- 1 lb grass fed ground lamb or ground meat of choice
- 1 head of romaine lettuce
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Ground Pepper
- Coconut oil for cooking onions
Preparation
Step 1
1. Fire up the grill! Saute onions at med heat in oil. Cook until carmelized.
2. Make lamb patties by putting meat in a bowl with garlic powder salt, pepper, 1/2 to 3/4 of the chopped parsley. Mix together and form into 3-4 patties. Throw the patties in the grill.
3. Slice the avocado thinly.
4. When burger are cooked to your liking. Make your burgers using a romaine lettuce leaf as a bun or use any bread you want. Place sliced avocado and onions on top. Sprinkle leftover parsley on top and any other fixings you want.
