Ingredients
- 350 g Barilla Macaroni
- 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
- 200 g cream
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds.
Place them in a pan with the hot oil and allow them to soften for 5 minutes.
Add the Gorgonzola cheese and cream and simmer over a low heat for 3 minutes.
Cook the Macaroni in lots of salted water, drain and stir in the sauce.
