Ingredients
- 1 c orzo
- 1/2 c vermicelli, broken
- 1/4 c margarine
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c minced onion
- 2 1/2 c chicken broth
- 1/2 T basil leaves
- 1/2 c toasted pine nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté orzo and noodles in margarine until light brown.
Add garlic and onions and sauté until tender.
Stir in soup and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for approx 15 min until tender. Drain if necessary. Stir in basil and nuts.
