Butternut Squash Kugel

Ingredients

  • 20 oz butternut squash, cooked
  • 3/4 c margarine
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c coffee rich

Preparation

Step 1

Cook squash and defrost with margarine. Add rest and mix. Put in baking dish (9in pan). Bake for 1 hr at 350°.
