Cheese Mushroom Quiche

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 8oz can mushrooms
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 8 slices American cheese, cut up
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c milk
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Bake pie shell according to directions.

Sauté mushrooms and onion. Place in pie crust. Mix American cheese with eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour onto crust. Parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on top.

Bake at 350° until firm, approx 30 min.
