Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs scallops
- Prosciutto (lool for a brand that only has pork and salt)
- Italian seasoning
- EVOO
- Balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet. Cut the prosciutto in half lengthwise to have enough strips for each scallop.
2. Sprinkle each scallop lightly with Italian seasoning. Wrap a piece of Prosciutto around outside of scallop
3. Place the scallops on a baking sheet, leaving space between each so they can cook evenly.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the scallops over. Bake for the remaining 5 min. Remove from oven.
5.Drizzle with EVOO and Balsamic vinegar. Serve
