Ingredients
- 3 lbs. boneless chuck roast
- 1.5 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 T. dijon mustard
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. liquid smoke
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in crokpot. Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour mixture over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Shred meat with fork and place back in sauce. Stir to coat.
