Ingredients
- 1/3 C dark rum
- 1/3 C liquid honey
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 3/4" thick rings
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat BBQ to medium-high. combine rum and honey in small bowl.
Place pineapple rings on greased grill. Close lid. Cook for 10 minutes. turning and basting with sauce several times, until rings are golden and glazed. Discard any remaining sauce.
