Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 29 oz can sweet potatoes
- 1 15 oz can sweet potatoes
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- marshmellows
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Drain juice and heat potatoes. Mash with fork. Mix all ingredients together. Put in greased casserole dish and cookf for 30 min. @ 325. Spread topping and then place marshmellows on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
