Seafood Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 T finely grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • freshly ground pepper, sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Whip butter with beaters in small bowl until light in colour. Beat in remaining 5 ingredients. Cover. Chill for 1 hour until butter can be formed into log about 6 inches lonhg. Wrap well in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days or in freezer for several months. Cuts into 24, 1/4" slices
