Ingredients
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 tsp. grated fresh lime peel
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 C chopped cooked crabmeat
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbl. fresh lime juice
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sour cream, cream cheese, lime peel and cumin in a medium bowl; mix well. Stir in crab meat. Spread onto 10-serving plate to within 1 inch of edge of plate. Combine avocado and lime juice in a small bowl; toss to coat. Spread evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with tomato and cilantro. Seve with tortilla chips or crackers.
TIP: Dip can be prepared several hours ahead. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving sprinkle with chopped tomato and cilantro.
