Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 clove garlic; minced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms; finely chopped
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tomato; sliced
- fresh spinach
Preparation
Step 1
1. In medium bowl combine ground beef, garlic, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Cover and chill 1 hour.
2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill burgers, covered, 4 to 6 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160°F. Serve on buns with tomato and spinach.
