Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine; cooked
- 4 oz mushroom; sliced
- 4 eggs; beaten
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese; grated
Preparation
Step 1
Add mushrooms to cooked fettuccine. Combine eggs and evaporated milk. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and 1/8 tsp pepper. Pour over pasta. Cook and stir over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or till slightly thickened
