Carbonara-Style Fettuccine

  • 8 oz fettuccine; cooked
  • 4 oz mushroom; sliced
  • 4 eggs; beaten
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese; grated

Preparation

Step 1

Add mushrooms to cooked fettuccine. Combine eggs and evaporated milk. Stir in Parmesan cheese, and 1/8 tsp pepper. Pour over pasta. Cook and stir over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or till slightly thickened
