Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 cup light olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries, divided
  • 2 heads fresh Bib lettuce or butter lettuce
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together vinegar, sugar, oil, sour cream, mustard, and half the raspberries.
top lettuce with reserved berries and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing.
