Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. raspberry vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 cup light olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries, divided
- 2 heads fresh Bib lettuce or butter lettuce
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together vinegar, sugar, oil, sour cream, mustard, and half the raspberries.
top lettuce with reserved berries and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing.
