Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 10 oz pkg frozen peas
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 8 slices bacon, fried crisp
- 4 oz Colby cheese, grated,
- tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups mayo
- 2 T sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Tear lettuce into bowl. Layer rest in given order except cheese, bacon and tomatoes.
Mix mayo and sugar and top salad. Refrigerate overnight and top with cheese, bacon and tomatoes before serving.
