Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 cup celery
- 1 can water chestnuts sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped fine
- Pimento
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Gently mix turkey and vegetables
Refrigerate.
Combine remaining ingredients and refrigerate.
Just before serving mix gently
